Background info: There are four girls who are seasonal/temporary workers, therefore we are all placed on the same crew and work a shift rotation where one pair works from 630-1700, and the other pair works from 1200-2230. So basically they just want to find ways to not have to give us overtime (not the issue at hand but it is a little shifty).
